Raspberry Spritz

A delicate blend of Pinkster Gin, Chambord, and Fentimans Raspberry Lemonade. Beautifully pink and equally delicious – the Raspberry Spritz is a summertime essential for lovers of berry fruits. Garnished with a sprinkling of fresh raspberries.

Hugo Spritz

The Hugo Spritz made its mark last year, and this year it’s back – with a delightful mix of Edinburgh Gin Elderflower Liqueur, prosecco and soda water. Garnished with a fresh slice of lemon and a sprig of mint.

Mirabeau Spritz

Mirabeau Vin de France Rosé is paired with Fever-Tree Raspberry & Orange Blossom Soda in this gloriously refreshing rosé wine spritz. Light, gently sparkling, and garnished with a sprinkling of fresh raspberries.

Aperol Spritz

Aperol, Prosecco, Soda Water. It’s as easy as that for this simply delicious spritz. The bittersweet taste of Aperol meets sparkling prosecco and soda water for this iconic summer cocktail. Garnished with a wedge of fresh orange.

Strawberry Spritz

James Gin is paired with Monin Strawberry Syrup, prosecco and soda water for this delicious take on the spritz. Best enjoyed sitting in the sunshine in our lovely garden. Garnished with a sweet, fresh strawberry.

Marmalade Spritz

A blend of smooth Black Cow Vodka, Fentimans Mandarin & Seville Orange Jigger, fresh lime juice and soda water. Perfect for those that enjoy a bittersweet cocktail with fresh citrus flavours. Garnished with a wedge of fresh orange.

Strawberry Meadow

Equal parts fruity and floral, the Strawberry Meadow combines Fentimans Rose Lemonade with Monin Strawberry Syrup, topped with a dash of soda water. Better still, it’s all the flavour and none of the alcohol. Garnished with a sprig of fresh mint.

Orchard Cooler

Crisp and fresh, this cooler combines Tanqueray 0.0%, Fentimans Gently Sparkling Elderflower, and cloudy apple juice for a delightfully alcohol-free mocktail. The perfect refresher for a cool summer’s day. Garnished with a fresh slice of apple.
